Returns

You may return items within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

To initiate a return, please contact us at ShopHammi@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges

We offer 1 for 1 direct exchanges within 14 days if the size or color of the product is not to your satisfaction.

Once we receive the product you want to exchange we will ship out the New product immediately.
Non-Returnable Items

Sale items and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
